At the cash desk, show yourself with a printed voucher or an electronic voucher in your mobile phone, and the voucher will be exchanged for a chip card – SKIPASS. The first pass through the turnstile is a photo taken of the customer, the ski pass becomes non-transferable and in case of misuse by another person it is permanently blocked (every customer is monitored by the system).
Ski passes must be purchased at least 1 day in advance and are not valid on the day of purchase in the e-shop. The chip card for the 2025/2026 season is charged for the first time with a €2 deposit at the cash desk, keep it for the purchase of other ski passes.
OPERATING TIME
- the ski center’s operating hours are 08:30 – 15:30, depending on snow and weather conditions
- between 16:00 and 08:00 the ski center is closed, there is a risk of injury
