- when collecting the season ticket at the resort’s cash desk, the children’s names must match the parents’ names
- the student must also present a valid ISIC / EURO 26 card
You can exchange the electronic voucher for a Season Pass on the first day of skiing at the Infocenter. The Season Pass ID chip card is issued in your name, is non-transferable, and on the first day, a photo confirming your identification will be recorded by the turnstile. Each time you pass through the turnstile, the customer’s identity is verified by photo control. If you misuse your Season Pass, it will be taken away free of charge and blocked. At the same time, by passing through the turnstile for the first time, the customer agrees to the processing of personal data. Each customer is monitored by a camera system.
OPERATING HOURS
The operating hours of the cable cars and ski lifts are 08:30 – 15:30, depending on snow and weather conditions. The resort is closed between 16:00 – 08:00 and there is a risk of injury.
