  • Why should I shop online? Shopping through ESHOP is more convenient compared to buying at the checkout. You must purchase at least 1 working day in advance. There are also various special offers on sale at ESHOPE.
  • Is registration via ESHOP required? Registration with ESHOPE is not compulsory. By registering you will receive additional benefits and information about possible promotional products and offers. At the same time, you have an overview of your orders.
  • How can I pay for my order? You can pay by credit card through the Tatrabanka Card Pay portal. When paying via Card Pay and entering electronic vouchers, your order is processed immediately.
  • How quickly will I receive my e-voucher? When you pay via the Tatrabanka Card Pay payment gateway, the electronic voucher will arrive to your email immediately.
  • What is the validity period of the voucher? The validity period is marked separately for each product.
  • Can I donate an e-voucher? Vouchers can be donated and redeemed in the same category. They do not indicate the value of the purchase. An order confirmation and tax receipt will be sent to you by email.
  • We have decided that we don’t want to use the e-voucher and want to return them, how should we proceed? You can cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of the service contract (i.e. from the date of confirmation of the order by the seller)
  • How should we proceed in the event of a complaint or cancellation of an order? Please send any complaint or order cancellation by email to eshop@martinky.com. and use the cancellation form that came with your order, or you can download it
  • What should you do if the electronic voucher has not arrived in your email? Contact us at eshop@martinky.com. and check the correctness of the email you entered in your order and the SPAM / Junk mail folder
  • Do I need to have the e-voucher printed? You just need to show the voucher on your mobile phone.
  • Do I need to purchase a parking product? If you are travelling to the resort by car, you need to purchase a parking ticket, which includes road management and maintenance. This can be purchased electronically or on site. You can also pay for this on site The access road to the resort is one-way, meaning it is regulated during the winter.
